Huawei has announced P8 Lite successor called Huawei P8 Lite 2017. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.0.
The cellphone is equipped with Fingerprint sensor on the back. It comes with Hybrid Dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and has single SIM variant as well (depending on market).
The P8 Lite 2017 specs include 5.2-Inch 2.5D curved glass display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core (2.1GHz x 4 + 1.7GHz x 4) Kirin 655 processor (16nm) with Mali-T830-MP2 GPU.
It has two models. The 3GB RAM variant has 16GB internal memory while the 4GB RAM model sports 32GB built-in storage space. It allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
The smartphone features an 8MP front facing camera for selfies. On the back side is a 12MP Auto Focus camera with F/2.0 Aperture and LED Flash.
The Huawei P8 Lite 2017 price starts at €239 (US$ 254) for 3GB RAM / 16GB Storage variant. The Single SIM variant comes in White and Gold color options while the Dual SIM model will be available in Black color. They will start rolling out by the end of January 2017.
