Huawei has officially introduced its latest smartwatches in China called Huawei Watch 3 and Huawei Watch 3 Pro. Both of these are powered by HarmonyOS 2.0 and includes App Gallery for directly downloading compatible HarmonyOS apps on the watch.
Both offer 4G connectivity via eSIM. These wearable come with 5ATM water resistant rating for added durability. They have a 1.43-inch AMOLED display which supports full screen touch operations. They have rotating crown which uses vibration feedback for smarter interaction.
These work with Huawei Sports Health app to monitor various physical data throughout the day. The Huawei Watch 3 / Watch 3 Pro also comes with Heart rate monitoring, Blood Sugar monitoring, SpO2 Blood oxygen monitoring and can also check body temperature.
These smartwatch have 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage space. They also support more than 100 sports modes like running, biking, hiking, triathlon, indoor swimming, 100+ motion mode elliptical machines, rowing machines etc. These also include high-precision GNSS positioning chip inside.
The chipset inside these have dual-core architecture which offers perfect balance between high performance and low power consumption. The Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro both support wireless charging and reverse charging for Huawie cellphones.
Noticeable difference between the two is battery life. The Huawei Watch 3 is rated to offer up to 3 days of typical use in smart mode and up to 14 days in long battery life mode. The Huawei Watch 3 Pro on the other hand offers up to 5 days of typical usage in smart mode and up to 21 days in long battery life mode.
