Huawei Y6 2017 with 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM, Android 6.0 OS now official

Huawei has announced a new smartphone under its Y Series called Y6 2017. It is successor to Y6  and has been listed online at company’s website.
Talking about specifications of Huawei Y6 2017, it has 5-Inch 720p display that delivers crisp, eye-catching colors.
The handset has dimensions of 143.8 x 72 x 8.45 mm and weighs about 150 grams. It is designed with precision, comes with rounded slices and textured back. There is an easy Quick Access key for faster navigation. Moreover, its is also customizable.
It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EMUI 4.1 on top. Under the hood is 1.4GHz quad-core Cortex A53 MediaTek MT6737T processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well.

The Huawei Y6 2017 features in 5MP front camera with 84-degree wide angle lens and Selfie flash. On the back side is 13MP auto focus snapper with dual LED Flash as well.
The cell phone has 3000 mAh high-capacity Polymer battery. The battery is claimed to retain more than 80% even after 800 charging cycles.It has Acceleormeter, Proximity, Ambient Light sensor and compass bundled inside as well.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE (dual SIM slots),  Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS etc.
Huawei Y6 2017 comes in White, Gray and Gold color options. There is no word on pricing or availability.
