Ignition Design Labs PORTAL router is world’s first turbo charged Wi-Fi router

has announced its latest router called the PORTAL. It is a consumer Wi-Fi router that delivers up to 300 times more speed an 3 times lower latency than the traditional Wi-Fi routers.
It makes use of congestion management technologies to access additional airwaves (also known as Spectrum). It has a pending patent on the technology and has already received FCC certification to operate on 5GHz spectrum.
This Consumer Wi-Fi router makes use of FastLanes – Wideband DFC Spectrum access for maximum performance in real life. Its SmartLanes feature allows dynamic channel steering and works with 7 operating bands, including UNI-2 DFC. It Adaptive Smartmesh Technology is specially developed for enterprise and military networks.
For flexibility, PORTAL has control portal with simple standard mode (app based) and advance mode (web based GUI) . It has active intrusion detection and smart lock-out function for security. It supports Wave-2 802.11ac with multi-user MIMO (Multi-Input Multi-Output) along with AC2400 Concurrent Dual Band (Quad Stream 5GHz and Triple-stream 2.4GHz).
Ignition Design Labs PORTAL has introductory price-tag of US$ 149 and will be available in late summer.
