Infinix has launched its new Hot 12 series smartphone in India called HOT 12 Play 2022. It comes in Racing Black, Champagne Gold, Daylight Green and Horizon Blue colors.

The handset gives you a 6.82-inch IPS LCD with 1640 x 720 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It offers up to 480nits brightness and includes Panda MN228 Glass protection. You get a decent 90.66% screen-to-body ratio.
The HOT 12 Play (2022) model comes with a fingerprint sensor at back for added security. It has Hybrid dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE in India. The mobile is powered by Android 11 based XOS 10.
Powering inside is an octa-core UNISOC T610 processor which is paired with Mali-G52 GPU for graphics. It has 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage space. You get support for microSD card up to 1TB.
The Infinix Hot 12 Play 2022 specifications include an 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture and dual-LED Flash. At the back side are dual cameras which include 13MP (main, F/1.8) and depth sensor. A quad-LED flash is present as well.
The smartphone itself measures 171.0 x 78.0 x 8.9 mm and weighs about 209 grams. It has a 6000mAh battery and allows 10W charging. The speaker delivers DTS Audio.
For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm audio jack.

The mobile is priced at just Rs. 8499 (introductory). It will go on sale in India at Flipkart from May 30th.
