Infinix unveils its new Note 12i (2022) smartphone in India. It comes with an introductory price of Rs. 999 and will go on sale at Flipkart from January 30th. The handset is offered in Force Black, Alpine White and Metaverse Blue colors.

It is a dual SIM (nano) 4G smartphone housing a side mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics. It measures 164.43 x 76.60 x 8.03 mm and weighs about 188 grams.
The Note 12i (2022) feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers 2400 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling, 100% DCI-P3 colors, 108% NTSC color gamut and 1000nits peak brightness. It has corning gorilla glass 3 protection and boasts 92% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering inside is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU (1000MHz). It comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage space. There a dedicated MicroSD card slot allowing further storage expansion up to 512GB.
The Infinix Note 12i specs include a 5000mAh (typical) battery with 33W fast charging support. It comes with an 8MP selfie camera while the back side houses 50MP main (F/1.6), 2MP depth (F/2.4) and QVGA AI lens. There are quad-LED Flash as well.
The cell phone runs on Android 12 based XOS 12. It has stereo speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou.
