iQOO unveils its new iQOO 10 Series smartphone lineup in China with the announcement of base iQOO 10 and premium iQOO 10 Pro smartphones. Notably, both of these shares several specifications but they are not exactly same.
iQOO 10 and iQOO 10 Pro specs and features
Starting with iQOO 10, it has a 6.78-inch AMOLED HDR10+ display that gives 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 1.07-billion colors, DCI-P3 color and delivers 1500nits peak brightness.
It comes with 50MP (main 1/1.57″ Samsung GN5 sensor, F/1.75, OIS) + 13MP (120-degree ultra-wide Samsung ISOCELL 3L6 CMOS, F/1.8) + 13MP (portrait Sony IMX663 sensor, F/1.98, 2x optical / 20x digital zoom) cameras at back with LED Flash. iQOO has also included V1+ imaging chip inside.
The iQOO 10 itself measures 164.55 x 77.1 x 8.37 mm and weighs 207 grams. It includes a 4700mAh (typical) battery inside and allows 120W ultra-fast flash charging (0 to 100% in 19 minutes). It has 0.53cc stereo speakers with Hi-Fi audio.
The iQOO 10 Pro on the other hand has dimensions of 164.91 x 75.5 x 9.49 mm and has weight of 216.2 / 215.4 grams. It has same 6.78-inch screen size, an curved E5 LTPO AMOLED panel with HDR10+ and 3200 x 1440 pixels resolution (20:9 aspect ratio). The display offers 1Hz – 120Hz variable refresh rate, DCI-P3 colors, 1.07-billion colors and up to 1500nits brightness.
It has combination of triple rear cameras which includes 50MP (main 1/1.57″ Samsung GN5 sensor, F/1.75, Gimbal stabilization) + 50MP (150-degree ultra-wide Samsung JN1 sensor, F/2.27) + 14.6MP (portrait, F/2.2, 3X optical / 40X digital) cameras and LED Flash. It has V1+ imaging chip as well.
The iQOO 10 Pro feature a 4700mAh (typical) battery inside and supports 200W ultra-fast flash charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W wireless reverse charging. It can go from 0 to 100 % in about 10 minutes (using gallium nitride mini charger). It includes a 0.87cc stereo speakers with Hi-Fi audio.
Coming to things that are common between iQOO 10 and iQOO 10 Pro. Both of these have Dual Nano SIM slots and allows 5G SA/NSA and Dual 4G VoLTE. These come with a 16MP front facing camera with F/2.45 Aperture.
Both mobile phones are powered by Android 12 based OriginOS Ocean. These come with an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics (fingerprint recognition area of 578mm² offering 0.2s ultra-fast unlocking.). These get processing power from up to 3.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform with Adreno next-gen GPU.
Additionally, iQOO 10 and iQOO 10 pro both come with 3930mm² stacked waterfall VC three-dimensional heat dissipation system. It has low-temperature sensing aviation aluminum middle frame which can reduce phone’s temperature by up to 2-degrees.
Depending on model, these come with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM (6400Mbps) and has 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 storage options. They have support for Wi-Fi 6 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB type-C, NFC and Type-Audio.
