Jaybird RUN Truly Wireless Earbud goes official

Logitech owned Jaybird has unveiled its latest Truly Wireless Earbud called Jaybird RUN. As the name suggests, it is specially aimed at runners. It has been developed in cooperation with top class runners.
They Jaybird RUN are truly wireless, light weight and comfortably fits in ears. It also comes with different size ear tips to ensure that there is no discomfort.
The earbuds can be charged only when they are in the carrying case (via MicroUSB cable), as it has built-in battery. In terms of numbers, it is said to offer 4 hours of continuous playback. The battery inside the case offers additional 8 hours, bringing total to 12 hours of playback. Company is claiming that Jaybird fully charges up in about 2 hours.
Moreover, the RUN supports both, Apple’s SIRI and Google Assistant (depending on connected smartphone). They can be accessed by tapping the left earbud and simply starting talking. It can carry out usual functions like find weather, send texts or turn off lights.
Jaybird RUN image -02The right earbud also comes with a button. It can be used for play / pause functionality. Company is using latest Bluetooth Tech to ensure that there is is no compromise in audio quality. The Jaybird RUN earbuds are capable enough to deliver loud sound, full off bass.
Company has also revamped its companion app (name changed to simply Jaybird). It now allows you to adjust EQ settings with pre-defined options to choose from. Of-course, you can customize it.  Playlists from Spotify are also supported.
The Jaybird RUN is priced at $179. It comes in Jet Black with silver accents and Drift White with Silver accents. The earbuds will be up for pre-order on company’s official site and Amazon.com.
