Domestic phone maker LAVA has officially introduced a new Z Series smartphone in India called LAVA Z2s.
The LAVA Z2s features in a 6.51-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with offering 1600 x 720 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio and 263ppi pixel density. Its screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top.
The Z2s from LAVA is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio processor (unknown SoC) coupled with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB built-in storage space. It MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 512GB.
While there is no fingerprint sensor, the cellphone does support face unlock (0.85 second). The mobile phone itself measures 164.5 x 75.8 x 9.0 mm and weighs about 190 grams.
It has Dual Nano SIM slots and supports Dual 4G VoLTE. It is powered by Android 11 Go Edition and offers Stock Android Go experience. Powering the hardware is a 5000mAh (typical) Li-Polymer battery.
The LAVA Z2 specs include 5MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side is an 8MP auto focus camera with LED Flash, F/2.0 Aperture and 1.12um pixel size. The rear shooter allows 1080p video recording.
For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
The LAVA Z2s price in India is set at Rs. 7099 and comes in Striped Blue color. It will go on sale at Amazon.in, Flipkart and Lava e-Store.
