Lava Z50 Android Oreo GO Edition phone launched in India

LAVA Mobiles has launched its first Android Oreo Go Edition smartphone in India called Lava Z50. It supports 10 major India languages including Hindi.
The phone measures 135 x 66.6 x 9.7 mm and weighs 140 grams. It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE. The device packs in 4.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection for added durability.
The Lava Z50 specs include 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M processor with 1GB RAM. It has 8GB internal memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card. The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition which is cut-down version of Android Oreo OS.
The smartphone features in 5MP front camera with LED flash. At the back side is another shooter with LED Flash. The hardware is juiced up to 2000 mAh battery. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, GPS, MicroUSB V2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported.
