Lava Z53 with 4120mAh battery launched in India

Lava expands its Z Series lineup with the launch of its new budget smartphone called LAVA Z53. It is a dual SIM smartphone with Dual 4G VoLTE and Face unlock support. It can unlock the mobile in just 0.4 seconds however, there is no fingerprint sensor to go along.

The Lava Z53 specs include 6.1-inch dew-drop display with 1520 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution at 19:9 aspect ratio and 294ppi pixel density. It has a dedicated google assistant button for easy access to voice assistant.

Lava Z53 features in 5MP front facing camera placed inside notch. At the back side is an 8MP auto focus shooter with LED flash.

The handset measures 145.6 x 70.9 x 9 mm and weighs 150 grams. It has quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, which expandable using MicroSD card.

You also get a powerful 4120 mAh battery which company claims to offer 2 days of usage. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/A-GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack.

The Lava Z53 price in India is Rs. 4829 (MOP) and is already available in India via offline stores. Reliance Jio users can also avail Rs. 1200 worth of recharge vouchers and 50GB of additional 4G data on recharges of Rs. 199 and Rs. 299 plans.
