LeEco Le 2S (LEX652) has been certified by Chinese regulatory authority TENAA. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box. The mobile is said to be 7.5mm thin and weighs about 168 grams.
According to the certification documents, the phone is said to have 5.5-Inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It comes with 2.5GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X25 processor with Mali-T880 GPU.
The listing also reveals 13MP main camera on the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus capabilities. On the front will be an 8MP snapper for selfies. The LeEco Le 2S (LEX652) features in a Fingerprint sensor on the back and is powered by 3900 mAh battery.
The phone was said to be powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC with 8GB RAM. Those rumors were swiped out by phone’s GFXBench listing, suggesting Snapdragon 820 with 4GB RAM. Now, the TENAA listing contradicts with earlier rumors and tells a whole new story. There is possibility that these are different variant’s of the phone.
The LeEco Le 2S (LEX652) will come in White, Black, Silver, Gold and Pink Gold colours. The mobile is expected to go official sometime next month.
