LeEco Le Pro3 Elite with 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 820 SoC launched

LeEco has been rather silently lately and its financial crunch could be the reason. After a brief pause, company has launched its new smartphone called Le Pro3 Elite.
One might think that ‘Elite’ title suggests a better spec’d variant of last years Le Pro3, but that’s not the case here. The Le Pro 3 Elite comes with 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor (standard variant has Snapdragon 821) with Adreno 530 GPU. Another thing missing here is NFC.
Other Specifications of Le Pro3 Elite3 are more or less the same. It has 5.5-Inch in-cell display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The screen offers 403ppi pixel density, 80% NTSC color gamut, 500nits brightness and supports multi-touch.
It has 4GB LPDDR 4 RAM and 32GB (UFS2.0) storage ROM. The cellphone features in a 8MP selfie camera with F/2.2 Aperture, 1.4µm pixels and 76.5-degree wide-angle lens. On the back side is a 16MP Back-illuminated CMOS sensor with F/2.0 Aperture, 6P Lens, PDAF, HDR, records slow motion 720p at 120fps and 4K / 1080p videos at 30fps.
The LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite measures 151.4 x 73.9 x 7.5 mm and weighs about 175 grams. It has Dual Nano SIM slots with Dual Standby. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EUI 5.8. It is powered by 4070mAh (typical) battery.
LeEco Le Pro3 Elite image 01Connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/gn/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, 2-stream MU-MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Display, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS/Beidou etc.
It also comes with Fingerprint sensor, Infrared, Gravity, Hall Sensor, Three-axis gyroscope, Distance sensor, Light sensor and e-Compass.
The LeEco Le Pro3 is priced at 1699 Yuan (US$ 245 approx.). It is already available in China from LeMall, Lynx and Jingdong.
