Lenovo K8 with 4G VoLTE, 5.2-inch HD display launched in India

Lenovo K8 smartphone has officially landed in India. It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE in India.
The phone measures 147.9 x 73.7 x 8.55 mm and weighs 165 grams. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box. The device sports a uni-body metal design with rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Lenovo K8 specs include 5.2-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It has 2.5D curved glass and supports multi-touch as well. It has 2.3GHz octa-core 64-bit MediaTek Helio P20 processor with ARM Mali-T880 MP2 GPU.
The chipset is backed by 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and allows further expansion using MicroSD card (dedicated slot). It has 8MP front facing camera with LED Flash. On the back side is 13MP primary camera with LED Flash, PDAF and 1080p video recording capabilities.
The hardware is powered by 4000 mAh battery and comes with 10W fast charger for quick charging. The battery is said to offer about 2 days of battery life. The K8 also packs in Theatermax technology and Dolby Atmos for enhanced audio.
Connectivity wise, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/A-GPS, USB OTG, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The Lenovo K8 is priced at Rs. 10,499 (US$ 160 approx.) and comes in Fine Gold and Venom Black colors. It will start retailing across India from today itself.
