Lenovo Phab 2 PRO worlds first Project Tango phone with 6.4-Inch QHD Display, 4GB RAM announced

Lenovo has just launched Phab 2 PRO, world’s first project Tango enabled smartphone at Lenovo Tech World event. Company has closely worked with Google to develop this phone.
Putting an end to rumors, Lenovo has revealed that the phone has uni-body metal build and comes with 6.4-Inch IPS Display that gives 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.  It has fingerprint sensor on the back (middle) for easy access and comes with one hand usage feature.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor (1.8GHz Cortex-A72 x 4 + 1.2GHz Quad Cortex-A53 x 4) with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 4GB RAM inside for smooth performance and houses 64GB of internal storage memory. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

The Lenovo Phab 2 PRO specs include a total of four camera. It has a powerful 8MP front facing camera.  On the back is 16MP RGB camera coupled with dedicated motion Fish-eye lens tracking and IR Beamer depth camera.Camera can not only take picture but measure distance of objects and can change metrics as well.   It can also be used to measure 3D objects and generate blueprints using Tango’s 3D mapping technology.
Moreover, this project tango phone is equipped with a powerful 4050 mAh battery, that supports fast charging and is said to give about 15 hours of usage. Lenovo promises superior audio as it comes with Dolby Atmos and Dolby 5.1 Audio Capture, that delivers true to life audio.
In terms of connectivity, the phone supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS etc. The mobile measures 179.8 x 88.6 x 6.96 – 10.7 mm.
The Lenovo Phab 2 PRO will be priced at US$ 499 (unlocked) and comes in Gunmetal Grey and Champagne Gold colour options. It will be available globally in September 2016. The phone will be available in the US from BestBuy.
