Lenovo Smart Band HW01 with heart rate sensor launched in India

Lenovo has launched its latest Smart Band HW01 in India. It has skin friendly silicon strap with stainless steel buckle and comes with IP65 rating for water resistance.
The Lenovo HW01 features in 0.91-inch OLED touch display with 128 x 32 pixels resolution. It has scratch-resistant glass and UV coating.
The smart band weighs just 22 grams. It is compatible with most Android and iOS devices. It comes with Photoplethysmography (PPG) / Heart Rate sensor for real time heart monitoring.
It has a special sports model that tracks heart bets every 15 minutes. It also gives alerts (vibrations) when heart beats reaches a threshold. It can track steps take and reach fitness goals.
The HW01 also has a unique anti-sleep mode which wakes up in case you fall asleep outside your usual timings. This is very useful during long work hours or night driving.
The Lenovo Smart Band is equipped with 85 mAh Li-Po battery. It offers up to 5 days of battery life. It connects with smartphones using Bluetooth V4.2 LE and allows one to share data on Facebook and Twitter. Moreover, it also supports Google Fit and Apple HealthKit.
The band also gives notifications when you receive a call, message, WhatsApp, Facebook or email. For this to work, band should be connected with smartphones.
The Lenovo Smart Band (HW01) is priced at Rs. 1999 ($31) and comes in Black color option. It is available online in India from Flipkart.
