Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Tablet announced

Lenovo has announced ThinkPad X1 Carbon and ThinkPad X1 Tablet along with ThinkPad X1 Yoga.
The ThinkPad X1 Carbon features a 14-Inch display and has two variants with 1080p screen and WQHD screen. It is powered by Intel Kaby Lake processors and offers up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM.
It offers storage options up to 1TB of SSD. It runs on Windows 10 OS and supports Windows Hello fingerprint authentication. The battery for this laptop is claimed to offer up to 15.5 hours of battery life.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet sports a 12-inch IPS display with 2K resolution. Under the hood is Intel’s 7th Gen processor with support for up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM and up to 1TB of SSD.
The battery is capable of offering up to 10 hours of battery life. Lenovo is offering a productivity module that can extend battery life by 5 hours. The Tablet runs on Windows 10 Pro or Home SKUs.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon price starts at US$ 1349 while the ThinkPad X1 Tablet price-tag starts at US$ 949. The X1 Carbon will go on sale in Feb 2017 while the X1 Tablet will be available in March 2017.
