Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 920 convertible laptops announced

Lenovo expands its Yoga series of convertible laptops with Yoga 720 and Yoga 920. They were announced at ongoing IFA 2017 event in Berlin.
Both of them sports a near edge-less screen that fits in an all-metal uni-body design. It has 360-degre watchband hinge that allows one to use it in different modes (Laptop, Stand, Tent and Tablet). The offer fingerprint login with Windows Hello and comes with constant connect mode.

Lenovo Yoga 720

It has Dimensions: 293 x 203.4 x 15.75 mm  and  Weight: 1.15Kg. It runs on Windows 10 Home OS and comes with Backlit keyboard.
It has 12.5-inch 1080p screen and has options of 7th Generation Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 processors with Integrated HD Graphics. It has 4GB / 8GB DDR4 RAM options along with 128GB / 256GB / 512GB SATA SSD’s.
The Yoga 720 features in 720p fixed focus CMOS camera with array digital microphones. It has Harman Speakers with Dolby audio and is powered by 36Wh battery. It is said to offer 8 hours of backup.
Connectivity wise, it has 1 USB 3.0 for always-on charging, 1 x USB Tupe-C (DisplayPort + USB 3.0) and 3.5mm Audio Jack
The Yoga 720 12-inch price starts at $649 (Rs. 41,500 approx.) and comes in Meneral Grey and Onix Black colors. It will start rolling out in October 2017.

Lenovo Yoga 920

This one is a premium iteration, boasting enhanced specs. It has a larger 13.9-inch IPS touch screen with 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution. I has option for 1080p IPS touch screen as well.
The convertible laptop is powered by 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processors with integrated Intel HD Graphics. It runs on WIndows 10 Home and comes with option for 8GB / 16GB DDR4 RAM.
The Lenovo Yoga 920 specs also include 256GB / 512GB / 1 TB PCIe SSD options. It has 720p fixed-focus CMOS camera and is equipped with far field microphones for voice support (works from 4 meters away).
The laptop measures 323 x 223.5 x 13.95 mm and weighs about 1.37kg. It has backlit keyboard and is powered by 70Wh battery. The UHD model is claimed to offer 10.8 hours backup while the 1080p variant will last 15.5 hours.
It also comes with JBL Speakers with Dolby Atmos support for headphones. In terms of ports, it has 2 x USB Type-C (2 x Thunderbolt, PD, DisplayPort, USB 3.0 full function), 1 x USB 3.0 (always on charging) and3.5mm Audio Jack.
The new Yoga 920 price starts at $1,329.99 (Rs. 85,050 approx.) and comes in Copper, Bronze and Platinum colors. It will start shipping in October.
