LG K30 with Helio P22 SoC launched in US

LG Electronics has launched a new K30 series budget smartphone in United States called LG K31. It boots on Android 10 OS out of the box (with LG UX 9.1).

Despite of being a budget handset, it is MIL-STD 810G compliant.It has dedicated button for Google assistant. The phone has dimensions of 5.82 x 2.80 x 0.34 inches and weighs about 5.15 oz. It has fingerprint sensor as well for fast unlocking.

The LG K31 features in 5.7-inch multi-touch display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution at 19:9 aspect ratio. It has Panda King Glass screen protection as well. Under the hood is octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU (650MHz).

It has 2GB RAM, 32GB Storage space and MicroSD card support for further expansion. A 3000mAh Non Removable battery powers the hardware. LG claims it to offer up to 11 hours of talk time or 22 days of standby.

The LG K31 specs include 5MP front camera (F/2.2) and supports portrait mode, auto shot and gesture shots. At the back side are dual cameras of 13MP (main, PDAF, F/1.8) and 5MP (120° wide-angle, F/2.2) shooters.

In terms of connectivity, there is support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack.

The LG K31 price is $149.99 (Rs. 11,230 approx.) and comes in Silver color. It is already available in United States.
