LG Q8 (2018) with 4GB RAM, 3300mAh battery announced

LG expands its ‘Q Series’ smartphone lineup with the announcement of Q8 (2018). The device comes with built-in stylus and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
The LG Q8 2018 measures 160.1 x 77.7 x 8.4 mm and has weight of 172 grams. It is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and also MIL-STD 810G certified for added durability.
The mobile packs in a rear facing fingerprint sensor for added security and quick unlocking. It also comes with Hi-Fi Quad DAC for Hi-Fi audio  and also supports DTS:X 3D surround.
The LG Q8 (2018) specs include 6.2-inch FullVision display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 389ppi pixel density and multi-touch support.
At its core is 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage space and allows further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
LG Q8 2018 photo 2The LG Q8 features in 16MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF and 1080p video recording support. At the front side is an 5MP shooter and comes equipped with 100-degree super wide-angle lens.
The hardware is fueled by 3300 mAh built-in battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2 LE, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C 2.0, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack are supported.
The all new LG Q8 price is set at 539,000 Won (US$ 470 / Rs. 32,870 approx.) and comes in Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue colors. The handset will go on sale in South Korea soon.
