LG unveils new XBOOM Speaker lineup, CL98, OL100, Go PK

LG Electronics has unveiled its new XBOOM Speaker line up which includes CL98, OL100 and Go PK models. The family comprises of mini components, all-in-one units, XBOOM Go Portable Bluetooth speakers and XBOOM AI ThinQ smart speakers.
Starting with XBOOM Mini component (Model CL98) which boasts an impressive output of 3500W. It delivers premium audio quality and incorporates a Compression Horn to generate crisper, details audio across higher frequency.
The High-end XBOOM (model OL100) has 2000W output and uses proprietary Blast Horn – a folded air duct behind the driver which is designed to create acoustic sound pressure by directing the air through and amplifying it. It also offers Meridian Mode which is developed in collaboration with the experts at Meridian Audio. It also supports aptX HD codec for lossless hi-resolution audio streaming over Bluetooth. Users can also connect multiple speakers in case of party. The OL100 model is a premium all-in-one unit with Grab & Move handle design.
The XBOOM Freestyle speakers (Models RK7 and RL4) can be oriented vertically or horizontally and has X-Grip handle for convenient transport. One can use DJ Star to easily fade in and out of tracks, cue up future tunes and scratch like professional DJ’s. They also have Cross Fader feature for mixing audio from two different sources.
The 2019 LG XBOOM products also come with Karaoke Star which suppress the vocals on almost any track, allowing users to give their own voice to the music. It has 18 unique vocal effects that pair perfectly with new multi-color lighting feature.
The LG XBOOM Go PK series speakers produce high-fidelity sound regardless of its compact size. It is light weight, portable and supports aptX HD codec for lossless 24-bit audio when streaming from smartphones. The XBOOM AI ThinQ smart speaker has been recognized as one of the best-sounding products in its category.
All of these will be showcased at LG Booth at CES 2019 event.
