LG, as expected, has just announced its latest V Series smartphone called LG V30 and V30+. It offers whole new mobile experience along with optimal multimedia features.
The phone offers enhanced durability due to its H-Beam structure and metal frame. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and back as well.
It has 6-Inch OLED display with 82% screen-to-body ratio. It offers 2880 x 1440 pixels resolution at 18:9 aspect ratio and 538ppi pixel density. The Full Vision display is 8mm shorter and 3mm narrower than its predecessor.
The LG V30 specs also include Qualcomm Snapdraogn 835 Mobile Platform with Adreno 540 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB UFS 2.0 storage and allows further expansion up to 2TB as well.
The LG V30+ features in 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.0 ROM and allows further expansion up to 2TB as well.
The handset is also IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It can be submerged in 1.5 meter water for 30 minutes.It is also compliant with MIL-STD 810G for added durability.
The primary cameras at the back also supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Hybrid Auto Focus, which combines both Laser Detection Auto Focus and PDAF.
It is powered by 3300 mAh battery and supports Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging. Wireless charging is also supported. The cell phone also includes 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC for optimum audio. The audio is tuned by B&O PLAY and comes with digital filters.
Connectivity wise, it supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0 BLE, NFC, USB Type-C 2.0 (3.1 compatible), GPS etc.
