LG VELVET 4G with Snapdragon 845 SoC launched in India

LG has launched a new 4G mobile in India called LG VELVET. It has 3D Arc design with metal frame and sports an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset complies with MIL-STD-810G grade durability and is IP68 rated.

The LG VELVET 4G measures 167.2 x 74.1 x 7.9 mm and weighs 180 grams. It has Dual SIM slots and is powered by Android 10 OS. The smartphone houses Stereo speakers with Artificial Intelligence sound, which analyzes content and enhances audio.

The cellphone sports a 6.8-inch OLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. Powering the hardware is octa-core Snapdragon 845 mobile platform with Adreno 630 GPU.

The LG VELVET specs include 6GB RAM, 128GB storage space and MicroSD card card support for further expansion up to 1TB. It has 16MP front camera with F/1.9 Aperture. At the back side are triple cameras with LED Flash. These include 48MP (main, F/1.8, PDAF) + 8MP (20° ultra-wide, F/2.2) + 5MP (depth, F/2.4) shooters.

There is a 4300mAh (typ) battery with support for fast charging and 10W wireless charging. It has support for dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC and 3.5mm audio jack.

The LG VELVET 4G price is Rs. 36,990 and will be available across India from October 30th. You can buy it at both online and offline stores. The LG VELVET with Dual Screen combo is priced at Rs. 49,990.
