LG X Power2 with 5.5-inch HD display, 4500mAh battery announced

LG has announced its latest smartphone under its X Series called the X Power2. It is successor to X Power that was announced last year.
The smartphone measures 154.7 x 78.1 x 8.4 mm and weighs 164 grams. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.
The LG X Power2 specs include 5.5-inch in-cell touch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The screen delivers clear, vivid colors and comes with improved visibility in sunlight.
Under the hood is a 1.5GHz octa-core processor coupled with 1.5GB or 2GB RAM (depending on market). It has 16GB built-in storage space and allows further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD Card.
The smartphone is equipped with 5MP selfie camera with wide-angle lens and houses selfie soft light LED flash as well. On the back side is a 13MP main camera unit with Zero Shutter Lag, Auto Focus and LED Flash.
It also comes with LG’s exclusive UX for selfies. Auto Shoot will automatically trigger the front camera shutter when a face is detection. Gesture / Gesture Interval shots detects hand signals and responds to it. It’s quick share function will allow users to easily share their images on social media sites.
The LG X Power2 features in a 4500 mAh embedded battery. It offers continuous video playback of about 15 hours, provide navigational directions for about 14 hours and approximately 18 hours of web surfing. Moreover, battery supports high speed charging, going up to 50% in just 1 hours or full charge up in 2 hours.
The cellphone supports 4G LTE / 3G / 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, Gyro Sensor and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The LG X Power2 wil be unveiled at MWC 2017 and comes in Black Titan, Shiny Titan, Shiny Gold and Shiny Blue colors. It will start rolling out in March in the Latin America. Other markets like United States, Asia, Europe and other regions are soon too follow. Pricing details will be revealed at the time of availability.
