LG X2 with 5-inch 720p display launched in South Korea

LG expands its X Series offering in Korea with its latest budget smartphone called X2. It runs on old Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS and packs in rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
The handset measures 144.8 x 71.9 x 8.2 mm and weighs 152 grams. It has 5-inch IPS multi-touch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.
The LG X2 specs include 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage space and MicroSD card support for further expansion. The device packs in a 2500 mAh battery which powers the hardware.
The phone features in 5MP front facing camera for selfies and video calls. At the back side is an 8MP auto focus shooter with LED Flash. It has ‘Auto Shot’, which recognizes faces automatically when taking self-portrait. One can also quickly share photos on messages or SNS using ‘Quick Share’.

Usual connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5m Audio jack are supported as well.
The LG X2 is priced at 198,000 Korean Won (US$ 175 / Rs. 12,170 approx.) and comes in Aurora Black colors. It will be available via four Korean operators from today itself.
