We already know that Meizu is working on its 15 Series successor and company will be calling it as Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus. Now, two model numbers M882Q and M892Q has been certified by TENAA. These models are believed to be of these mobiles.
These cell phones are slated to go official next month on August 8th. Both of them will come in Silver Mirror, Mirror Blue and POH Dark colors.
In terms of design, they have slim bezels and does not come with a notch. Power button and volume rockers are placed at the right side. They have dual camera setup at the back with ring LED Flash.
Meizu 16 (M882Q)
The device has dimensions of 150.5 x 73.2 x 7.3 mm and has Weight of 156 grams. It has under display Fingerprint sensor and should support Dual SIM.
According to TENAA, the Meizu 16 (M882Q) packs in 6-inch Super AMOLED display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, multi-touch support. Inside is 2.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon processor (our guess is Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform) coupled with 6GB RAM.
The handset comes with 128GB internal storage space but there is no mention of expansion capabilities. It comes pre-installed with Android 8.1 Oreo OS and is powered by 2950 mAh battery.
In terms of camera, there is a 20MP front shooter for selfies and 12MP + 20MP dual rear cameras at the back with ring LED Flash, 3X lossless zoom and at least 1080p video recording.
It will support 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS
Meizu 16 Plus (M892Q)
The Plus variant is slightly bigger measuring in at 160.4 x 78.2 x 7.3 mm and has weight of 180 grams. It has 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support.
