Meizu PRO 6 Plus with 5.7-inch 2K display, Exynos 8890 SoC announced

Meizu has announced its latest smartphone in China called PRO 6 Plus. It has uni-body metal design and houses mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor on home button. It unlocks the phone in just 0.15 seconds and also acts as heart rate sensor.
The Smartphone runs on Flyme OS, which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G LTE with VoLTE (voice over LTE). It has IR sensor as well.
The Meizu PRO 6 Plus specs include 5.7-Inch Super AMOLED display with 3D Press technology. It has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, 103% NTSC color gamut, 10000:1 contrast ratio and 600 nits brightness. The screen also has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection an supports multi-touch as well.
meizu-pro-6-plus-image-04The cellphone has two variants – one powered by 2GHz octa-core Exynos 8890 processor with Mali-T880 MP10 GPU and 64GB built-in storage (UFS 2.0). The other model gets processing power from 2.3GHz octa-core Exynos 8890 SoC and houses 128GB storage space (UFS 2.0).
The handset is backed by 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. It has 3400 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. It’s mCharge 3.0 24W fast charring allows charging up to 60% in just 30 minutes.
The PRO 6 Plus features 5MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture for selfies. On the back side is 12MP main camera with dual-tone 10-LED ring flash, Laser AF, 4-axis OIS, F/2.0 Aperture, 1.25μm pixel size, 6P lenses and records 4K videos as well.
Connectivity options Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.1, USB 3.1 Type-C, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm Audio jack etc. The mobile is also equipped with ESS ES9018K2M Audio chip and ADI AD45275 Amplifier to ensure optimum audio experience.
The Meizu PRO 6 Plus is priced at CNY 2999 (US$ 435 / Rs. 29850) for 64GB variant and CNY 3299 (US$ 479 / Rs. 32,830) for 128GB model. The handset comes in Sky Grey, Moonlight Silver and Champagne Gold color options. It can be pre-ordered starting today in China and will go on sale from December 23rd, 2016.
