The term bezel-less has been trending when it comes to smartphones. There might be an addition to this trend as Chinese company Meizu has announced ‘Meizu Zero’ , it s first hole-less smart phone.
The handset was introduced by Meizu’s Senio VP Li Nan in a live broadcast. He claims that Meizu Zero is world’s fist non-porous smartphone 3D uni-body ceramic build.
For sound, the Zero comes with mSound 2.0 screen sound technology which is attached just under the screen for audio. It produces sound through the display, thus eliminating the need of earpiece.
There is an eSIM card inside and does not include physical SIM card. The mobile sports a slim profile and is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It can even survive in water for up to 2 hours 30 minutes.
The Meizu Zero specs include octa-core Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU. At the back side is 12MP (Sony IMX380 sensor) + 20MP (Sony IMX350 sensor) dual camera with with ring-LED flash.
For charging battery, the device has Super mCharge 18W wireless charging which charges equivalent to 18W wired fast charging. Exact battery capacity is not known yet. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11ac, Hotspot, Dual Band, Bluetooth V5.0 and GPS will be supported.
