Indian smartphone maker Micromax expands its IN lineup with the launch of Micromax IN 1 cellphone in India. It is powered by Android 10 out of the box and is upgradable to Android 11.
The phone has measurements of 162.24 x 76.95 x 8.99 mm and sports X Style design with gradient finishing. It has weight of 195 grams. The mobile offers dual Nano SIM connectivity for Dual 4G VoLTE. It has dedicated google assistant button and rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Micromax IN 1 specs include 6.67-inch multi-touch punch-hole display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen delivers 395ppi pixel density, 1000:1 (typ) contrast ratio, 82% (typ) NTSC color gamut and about 440nits of brightness. Its display house Rainbow Glass protection on top.
Powering inside IN 1 is octa-core (2GHz A75 x 2 + 1.8GHz A55 x 6) MediaTek Helio G80 processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The model is offered in options of 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB eMCP storage and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB eMCP storage. It has dedicated microSD card slot for further expansion up to 256GB.
The Micromax IN 1 feature a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It has an 8MP selfie fixed focus camera with F/2.0 Aperture and screen flash support. At the back side are triple cameras which include 48MP (main Samsung sensor, PDAF, F/1.79, 80° wide-angle) + 2MP (Depth, F/2.4, 82° wide-angle) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4, 82° wide-angle) lens with LED Flash.
Connectivity wise, it has support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Micromax IN1 is offered in Blue and Purple colors. Its 4GB/64GB model is priced at Rs. 10,499 while the premium 6GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 11,999. It will go on sale at Flipkart from March 26th and will be available at Rs. 499 discount during its first introductory sale.
