Microsoft has officially launched Surface Go 3 2-in-1 in India. It is up for pre-order at Amazon.in and will go on sale from November 23rd. Those who pre-order can get Surface Pen wort Rs. 9,099 for free. Commercial SKU’s will start selling in December.
Microsoft Surface Go 3 specifications and features
The 2-in-1 measures 245 x 175 x 8.3 mm and weighs 544 grams. It has 10.5-inch PixelSense display offering 1920 x 1280 pixels resolution at 3:2 aspect ratio. Its screen delivers 220ppi pixel density, 1500:1 contrast ratio and supports 10-point multi-touch. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top.
The Microsoft Surface Go 3 has two processor options. It comes with dual-core Intel Pentium Gold 6500Y processor or 10th Gen Dual-Core Intel Core i3-10100Y processor. Depending on model, it either has 4GB or 8GB LPDDR3 RAM. The 2-in-1has 64GB eMMC or 128GB SSD storage space.
The 2-in-1 sports a 5MP front camera and supports Windows Hello Face Authentication. At the back side is an 8MP auto focus camera that records 1080p videos. Microsoft has included dual far-field studio mics to capture voice. For audio, 2W stereo speakers are placed with Dolby Atmos support.
The Surface Go 3 2-in-1 supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, Surface Connect port, Surface Type Cover port, MicroSDXC card and 3.5mm audio jack. The convertible notebook has 28.0Wh battery that gives about 11 hours of typical usage time. The device includes Ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer and accelerometer.
