Misfit Flare announced with up to 4 months of battery life

Fossil owned MisFit brand has introduced its latest budget fitness tracker called MisFit Flare. It has aluminium casing, has dimensions of 24 x 8 mm and weighs about 8.5 grams (with battery).
The fitness tracker is also water resistant (5ATM) and is equipped with 3-axis accelerometer and magnetometer. It also houses capacitive touch sensor and a single LED light just under its crystal face. It has White / Multi-color LED Display.
The MisFit Flare gives vibrating feedbacks and alarm notifications. It’s LED indicator lights shows activity progress level by flash (1 flash means 25%, 2 for 50% and 3 flashes means 75%).
Even though it is a budget fitness tracker, it can count calories burned, steps taken, distance travelled, sleep duration and quality, With a $9.99 in-app upgrade, it can also track swiming laps. Activity tracking like running, walking, Yoga, Soccer, Basketball etc is also possible.

It is powered by Panasonic CR1632 coin cell that offers up to 4 months of battery life. The Misfit Flare is priced at $59.99 and is already available in US.
