Fossil owned Misfit has announced its new Vapor X Smartwatch. It runs on Wear OS by Google and is light weight, weighing in at just 43 grams.
The smartwatch has thickness of 12mm and sports newly redesigned 20mm interchangeable straps (‘Sport Strap+’) and bracelets. It has lightweight aluminum alloy case and sleek round dial. There are additional pushers for function customization.
The Misfit Vapor X features in 42mm dial with 1.19-inch circular AMOLED display and 328ppi pixel density. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform and houses 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM.
The wearable is equipped with best-in-class Heart rate sensor and comes Standalone GPS. There is a built-in music player and includes a microphone. The smartwatch is also water resistant up to 30 meters.
The Vapor X also comes with NFC for making payments. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and ranges of sensors like Altimeter, Accelerometer and Gyroscope. There is a 300mAh battery (charges 80% in 50 minutes) which offers more than 24 hours of usage (depending on usage). You can extend battery to 2 additional days in battery saver watch mode.
The Misfit Vapor X price is US$ 279 (Rs. 19,950 approx.) but is available for US$ 199.99 (Rs. 14,300 approx.) for limited period. It is already available at company’s official website. The smartwatch comes in Black, Rose Tone, Stainless, Champagne and Gunmetal options.
