Moto Z2 Force Edition announced along with 360 Camera Moto Mod

Motorola has ended the rumor mill with the announcement of its latest Moto Z Series smartphone called Moto Z2 Force Edition. Company has also unveiled 360 Camera Moto Mod along with the smartphone. Moreover, it will also support all the previous Moto Mods.
This 360 Camera Moto Mod allows one to instantly live stream or share to your preferred social networks. It has an ultra wide 150-degree FOV that allows one to capture, edit and share 360-degree videos, audio and images.
It can also capture Ultra HD videos with 3D sound. It is priced at $299.99 (Rs. 19,330 approx.) and will be available globally from August 10, 2017.
Moto Z2 Force 360 Camera Mod image 1Coming to the Moto Z2 Force Edition smartphone, it has dimensions of 155.8 x 76 x 6.1 mm and weighs about 143 grams. It has front-ported loud speakers, 3 microphones and comes with Water repellent nano-coating as well.
The smartphone comes in Single and Dual SIM variants. It has fingerprint sensor embedded in home button. By default, it runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
The Moto Z2 Force specs include 5.5-Inch AMOLED POLED ShatterShield display, which is shatterproof. It offers 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and supports multi-touch as well.
At its core is a 2.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile platform SoC with Adreno 540 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 2TB as well.
The phone features in 5MP selfie camera with dual-tone LED Flash, 85-degree wide angle lens and F/2.2 Aperture.  On the back side is 12MP dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED Flash. Of which one is Monochrome and other is color. It consists of Sony IMX386 Sensor, 1.25µm pixel size, F/2.0 Aperture, supports PDAF, Laser Auto Focus and 4K video recording.
There is a 2730 mAh battery inside that supports Turbo charging. It is said to last 24 hours of usage and is claimed to offer up to 8 hours of power in just minutes of charging.
Connectivity wise, it supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-FI Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4GHz / 5GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth V4.2 (will get Bluetooth V5.0 after Android O update), GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, NFC etc.
The Moto Z2 Force Edition is priced at $799.99 (Rs. 51,540 approx.) without contract and comes in Super Black and Fine Gold color options. You can also get it on $30 / month contract price (will vary depending on carrier), which will also include free Moto Insta-Share projector Moto Mod. Do note that the scheme is available for purchase done till September 9, 2017.
You can pre-order Moto Z2 Force starting today at AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, Best Buy and Motorola.com. The handset will start shipping from August 10th, 2017. Markets in Europe, Middle East, Mexico, Brazil and Africa will get the smartphone later this summer.
