Moto Z2 Play launched in India for Rs. 27999

Earlier this month, Lenovo owned Motorola announced Moto Z2 Play. Today, company has launched this mid-range smartphone in India.
This Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS powered smartphone sports aluminum uni-body design, measuring in at 156.2 x 76.2 x 5.99 mm and weighs about 145 Grams. It has fingerprint sensor embedded under home button and supports Moto Mods. It has water repellent nano-coating as well.
The Moto Z2 Play specs include 5.5-Inch Super AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for scratch resistance.
It has 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 3GB LPDDR3 RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB LPDDR3 RAM with 64GB Internal memory. Both variants allow further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
Moto Z2 Play launched -2The mobile features in 5MP front snapper with dual-tone LED Flash and F/2.2 Aperture. On the back side is 12MP dual-Pixel Auto Focus camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Laser AF, F/1.7 Aperture and 4K video recording support.
The Moto Z2 Play is powered by 3000 mAh built-in battery with Turbo Charging support. It is claimed to charge up to 50% in just 20 minutes. Inside is Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE.
Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2 LE, USB 3.1 Type-C, GPS, NFC, FM radio, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Moto Z2 Play 4GB RAM variant is priced at Rs. 27,999 and come sin Fine Gold and Lunar Gray color options. It is up for pre-order online exclusively at Flipkart and will go on sale from June 15, 2017. It is also compatible with previous moto mods.
