Motorola P50 with 25MP in-display selfie camera announced

Lenovo owned Motorola has announced a new smartphone in China called Motorola P50. It is the same smartphone which was recently launched in India as Motorola One Vision. There is a slight different though, the variant in China does not come under Android One program and sports Motorola P50 branding.

Its measurements are 160.1 x 71.2 x 8.7 mm and has 181 grams weight. It comes with dual microphones and bottom ported speaker. Its Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots supports Dual 4G VoLTE.

The Motorola P50 Specifications include 6.3-inch multi-touch LCD display with 2520 x 1080 pixels resolution at 21:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a 2.2GHz octa-core Exynos 9609 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM, which is further expandable up to 512GB via MicroSD card.

At the top left corner of the display is a punch hole which houses 25MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side is a dual camera setup consisting of 48MP (F/1.7, OIS) and 5MP (F/2.2) shooters along with Dual LED flash.

A fingerprint sensor is placed at the back. The Motorola P50 also flaunts a 3500 mAh battery with 15W Turbo fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm Audio Jack.

The Motorola P50 price is 2499 Yuan (US$ 360 / Rs. 24,900 approx.) and comes in Bronze and Blue colors. The smartphone will be up for pre-order starting July 15 and will start selling from July 20th.
