Mysterious ZTE 9042N model receives TENAA certification

ZTE is working on a new 5G smartphone for Chinese markets. It is confirmed by TENAA with certification of a mysterious ZTE Phone model number 9042N.

According to TENAA, ZTE 9042N comes in Black, Blue and Pink colors. It has dimensions of 163.5 x 75.8 x 7.6 mm and weighs 192.5 grams.

It has a 6.7-inch OLED display that gives 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. The handset comes with a fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

The ZTE 9042N is powered by 2.4GHz octa-core processor (unnamed chipset) and has 8GB RAM. It includes 256GB built-in storage space, which is non expandable.

In terms of optics, it has triple cameras at back which in includes 64MP main, 5MP wide-angle and 2MP depth/macro lenses. For selfies, TENAA confirms a 16MP front facing shooter.

The 9042N model of ZTE has 4430mAh battery and supports fast charging. It has Gravity, Distance and Light sensors inside.

Usual connectivity options like 5G / Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and USB type-C is present.
