Nokia 5.1 Android One smartphone with metal body announced

HMD Global has just announced Nokia 5 successor and company is calling it as Nokia 5.1. It is an Android One smartphone which runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS and is upgradable to Android P in future.
It has uni-body metal design which is made with 6000 series aluminum. The mobile features in dual SIM slots and measures 151.1 x 70.73 x 8.27 mm. A fingerprint sensor is placed at the back for quick unlocking.
The Nokia 5.1 Specs include 5.5-inch IPS display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for added durability.
Nokia 5.1 image 1Under the hood is 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P18 MT6755S processor. The 2GB RAM model comes with 16GB storage while 3GB RAM variant houses 32GB internal memory. Both versions allow further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
The Nokia 5.1 Features in 8MP front camera with 84-degree wide angle lens and F/2.0 Aperture. At back side is 16MP primary snapper with LED Flash, F/2.0 Aperture and PDAF support.
The hardware is powered by 3000 mAh battery. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS, USB Type-C, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack are supported as well.
The Nokia 5.1 price starts at €180 (US$ 218 / Rs. 14,800 approx.) and comes in Black, Copper and Tempered Blue colors. The handset will start rolling out globally in July 2018.
