HMD Global has just launched its latest Nokia smartphones in India. The list include Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco.
The Nokia 6 2018 is priced in India ay Rs. 16999 and comes in Black + Copper, White + Gold and Blue + Gold colors. It will be available online at Nokia Mobile Shop and offline channels from April 6th.
The Nokia 7 Plus price goes at Rs. 25999 and comes in Black + Copper and White + Copper colors. Pre Bookings for the phone will start from April 20th at Amazon.in, Nokia Mobile Shop and offline.
The Nokia 8 Sirocco price is set at Rs. 49999 and will be available from April 30th. Pre booking starts from April 20th at Flipkart, Nokia Mobile Shop and offline. It comes in Black color.
This particular phone is an upgrade to last years Nokia 6 and comes with slightly improved specs. It has 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080p resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC. The device comes in 3GB or 4GB LPDDR4 RAM with 32GB or 64GB storage options respectively. Storage is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
The Nokia 6 (2018) specs also include 16MP rear shooter with dual-tone LED Flash, Zeiss optics, F/2.0 Aperture, PDAF and 1micron pixel size. At the front there is an 8MP fixed focus camera with F/2.0 Aperture and 1.12-micron pixels.
Connectivity options inlcude 4G VoLTE, WI-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, USB Type-C 2.0, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/A_GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack. It has 3000 mAh battery which offers 16 horus talk time and 507 hours of standby.
It has a larger 6-inch IPS display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 3800 mAh battery capacity. It is said to offer 19 hours of talk time and 723 hours of standby.
The Nokia 7 Plus features in 12mP (F/1.75 aperture, 1.4um pixel size) + 13MP (F/2.6 Aperture, 1um pixels, 2x optical zoom) dual rear cameras with dual tone LED Flash and Zeiss lens. There is a 16MP front facing selfie shooter.
The phone comes with 64GB internal storage and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card. It also supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C 2.0, GPS, GPS/A-GPS, NFC 3.5mm Audio jack etc. There is a fingerprint sensor as well.
It has 5.5-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and comes with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM.
The mobile houses dual Nano SIM slots and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo Os. It is 7.5mm thick and is powere by 3260mAh battery (qi wireless charging and fast charging).
The Nokia 8 Sirocco specs also include 5MP front facing camera with with 1.4micron pixel size. At the back side is dual camera setup with dual LED flash. It consists of 12MP primary snapper with 2L7 wide angle lens, F/1.7 aperture and 1.4 micron pixel size. Secondary rear camera is a 13MP shooter with 3M3 telephoto lens, f/2.6 aperture, 1um pixels and 2x optical zoom capabilities.
The handset features in fingerprint sensor, barometer, supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, USB Type C etc.
