HMD Global has officially announced its new Nokia 6 2nd Generation smartphone. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS (upgradable to Android Oreo) a boasts slightly upgraded specs than the original Nokia 6.
The handset is 8.15mm thick but if consider the camera bump, it goes to 8.6mm. A fingerprint sensor is placed at the back for quick unlocking.
The Nokia 6 Second Generation specs include 5.5-inch IPS LCD multi-touch display with 1080p resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 3000 mAh battery.
Unlike its previous generation, the 2nd Gen comes with octa-core Snapdragon 630 SoC. It has 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage options, which are expandable via MicroSD.
The Nokia 6 2nd Gen features in 8MP front shooter for selfies and 16MP main camera at the back. It has Bothie mode which was seen in Nokia 7 and Nokia 8 phones.
Additionally, this particular model comes with OZO Audio recording. For those unaware, it is an advanced spatial audio technology with 3D capture and playback capabilities.
