Nokia 7.1 with ZEISS optics launched in India

The Nokia 7.1 smartphone, which was introduced last month has finally been launched in India. It is an Android One smartphone which runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie.
It has Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE. It has fingerprint sensor at the back for fast unlocking. The device measures 149.7 x 71.18 x 7.99 mm and has weight of 160 grams.
The Nokia 7.1 specs include 5.84-inch HDR 10 display with 2244 x 1080 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well for scratch resistance.
The smartphone features in 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 636 SoC with Adreno 509 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage space and allows further expansion up to 400GB using MicroSD card.
Nokia 7.1 photo -2The Nokia 7.1 features in 12MP (ZEISS Optics, RGB, F/1.8, 1.28µm, EIS) primary rear camera along with 5MP (Monochrome, F/2.4, 1.12µm) secondary rear camera with dual-LED Flash. At the front side is an 8MP shooter with 84-degree FOC and F/2.0 Aperture.
The device includes Nokia OZO audio. It has 3060 mAh fast charging battery, which company claims to go up to 50% in just 30 minutes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, NFC, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Nokia 7.1 price in India is Rs. 19,999 and comes in Gloss Steel and Midnight Blue colors. It will go on sale in India from December 7th and will be available at top mobile retailers and Nokia’s website.
