Nokia G300 with Snapdragon 480 5G SoC unveiled

HMD Global has officially introduced a new Nokia G series smartphone in United States called Nokia G300.

It comes in single Meteor Grey color option and is priced at $200 (Rs. 15,100 approx.). The cell phone will land at Straight Talk and TracFone Wireless prepaid carriers.

Nokia G300 specifications and features

Starting with dimensions, the handset measures 169.41 x 78.43 x 9.28 mm. It has a fingerprint sensor on power button and supports face unlock too.

The Nokia G300 specs include 6.53-inch V-Notch LCD display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. Inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 480 5G mobile platform with 4GB RAM.

The smartphone houses 64GB built-in storage space and supports MicroSD card up to 1TB for further expansion. It comes pre-installed with Android 11 OS out of the box. Under the hood is a 4470mAh non removable battery with 18W QC3.0 fast charging support.

For cameras, G300 feature an 8MP front shooter for selfies. At the back side are triple cameras with LED Flash. It has 16MP (main, F/1.8, 77° FOV), 5MP (115° ultra-wide, FF, F/2.2) and 2MP (depth, F/2.4, 90° FOV) cameras.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, USB 2.0 Type-C, GPS(L1+L5)/A-GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
