HMD Global has officially launched its new Nokia X30 5G smartphone in India. It is offered in Ice White and Cloudy Blue colors.
The Nokia X30 5G feature an IP67 water-resistant rating and includes a in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The device measures 158.9 x 73.9 x 7.99 mm and weighs 185 grams.
HMD Global claims that Nokia X30 is made using eco-friendly materials. It uses 100% recycled aluminum back cover and 65% recycled plastic.
The smartphone packs a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 2400 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It delivers 450nits (typ) / 700nits (peak) brightness levels and houses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top.
The Nokia X30 5G specs include octa-core Snapdragon 695 processor with Adreno 619L GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage space. The cell phone runs on Android 12 OS. Notably, company has promised 3 OS upgrades and 3-years of monthly security updates.
This mobile phone has 16MP front camera with F/2.4 Aperture lens. At the back side is a combination of 50MP (main, F/1.8, OIS) + 13MP (ultra-wide, F/2.4) dual cameras and LED Flash. These shooters have Corning Gorilla Glass with DX+ glass protection on top.
Powering inside Nokia X30 is a 4200mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. There are dual nano SIM slots with 5G (Bands n1 / n3 / n5/ n7 / n8 / n28 / n38 / n40 / n41 / n77 / n78) and dual 4G VoLTE.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, NFC and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou/Galileo.
The Nokia X30 5G is priced at Rs. 48,999 (8GB/256GB model) and will go on sale in India from February 20th. Pre-bookings have commenced at Nokia.com, Amazon.in and leading retail outlets.
