HMD Global has officially unveiled its latest X Series smartphone in China called Nokia X5. It has Hybrid dual SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE.
It has rear facing fingerprint sensor and glass back. The handset measures 149.51 x 71.98 x 8.096 mm and weighs 160 grams. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS and is upgradable to Android P in future.
The Nokia X5 specs include 5.86-inch 2.5D curved glass display with 1520 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch capabilities. Under the hood is an octa-core (2GHz A73 x 4 + 2GHz A53 x 4) MediaTek Helio P60 processor with ARM Mali-G72 MP3 (800 MHz) GPU.
The Nokia X5 features in 8MP front facing camera with 80.4-degree wide angle lens, F/2.2 Aperture, AI Selfie portraits and beauty mode. At the back side is 13MP (F/2.0 Aperture, PDAF) and 5MP (AI Portraits) dual rear cameras with LED Flash.
Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, USB Type-C, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported.
