ZTE’s Nubia brand as expected, has officially unveiled its latest gaming smartphone in China called Nubia Red Magic 3S. It is successor to Red Magic 3 and comes with slightly upgraded specs.
The Nubia Red Magic 3S featuers in an internal turbo fan with upgraded air inlet and uses liquid cooling technology for efficient thermal performance. It has Touch-sensitive shoulder triggers along with additional hardware buttons which eleminates need of gamepad. The handset also comes with RGB lighting (customizable using Red Magic’ light effects editor) with several effect and supports 16.8M colors.
The phone packs in 6.65-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution with 90Hz refrech rate. It has octa-core Snapdragon 855 Plus mobil platform with 8GB/12GB RAM with 128GB/256GB storage options.
The Nubia Red Magic 3S specs include single 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor and offers 12MP output. For selfies, there is 16MP front facing shooter. The hardware is powered by 5000mAh battery and supports 27W quick Charging.

The Nubia Red Magic 3S 8GB/128GB price is 2999 Yuan (US$ 420 / Rs. 30,200 approx.) while the Red Magic 3S 12GB/256GB cost 3799 Yuan (US$ 530 / Rs. 38,250 approx.). It comes in Silver, Flame Red and Black colors and will go on sale in China from September 9th. The smartphone will also roll out in global markets in October 2019.
