Nubia Red Magic Mars Gaming Phone goes official

ZTE’s Nubia brand as promised, has officially unveiled its Red Magic Mars gaming smartphone in China. It has metal back and houses an unique LED light strip.
The phone has dimensions of 158.25 x 75 x 9.85 mm and has weight of about 193 grams. It has dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE. The device is powered by Android 9.0 Pie with Redmagic OS V1.6 on top.
The Nubia Red Magic Mars features in both, liquid cooling and air cooling system which company claims to reduce phone’s temperature by up to 13.2-degrees and enhance CPU performance by up to 70%.
Nubia Red Magic Mars photo -1Additionally, the phone also houses two-sided Red Magic touch gaming buttons for 4D gaming experience. Not to mention its real-time game scene recognition which vibrates phone to intelligently match more than 40 gaming scenes.
The phone also houses rear facing fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking. The device also includes DTS 7.1 channel and 3D surround sound for enhanced audio experience. A 3800 mAh fast charging battery powers the hardware.
The Nubia Red Magic Mars specifications include 6-inch in-cell IPS LCD display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. It is powered by 2.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU.
The cell phone comes in options of 6GB LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB UFS 2.1 storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB ROM and 10GB RAM with 256GB of internal memory (all have non-expandable storage).
In terms of optics, there is an 8MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture and wide-angle lens. The shoot also supports face unlock. At the back side is a 16MP single rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF and F/1.8 Aperture.
Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS and GLONASS are supported.

Nubia Red Magic Mars price

The Red Magic Mars comes in Camouflage, Flame Red and Black colors. It is up for order in China and will start selling from December 7th.
