Nubia’s upcoming flagship, the RedMagic 7 is already inching near its launch. Ahead of its official unveil, the smartphone has been certified by TENAA.
The Nubia RedMagic 7 bears model number NX679J. It will come in Black, Green, Red and Blue Gradient color options. TENAA has yet to reveal photos of the device. However, all the specifications are out.

The handset runs on Android 12 OS with Nubia UI on top. TENAA has confirmed an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
The RedMagic 7 (NX679J) feature a 6.8-inch OLED display that boats 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It is expected to have high refresh rate.
Powering its core is a 2.95GHz octa-core processor which is probably Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The certification authority confirms variants of 8GB / 12GB / 16GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB storage options.
The NX679J comes with a total of four cameras. It has a single 8MP front facing shooter while the back side is a triple camera module with LED flash. It includes a 64MP primary shooter coupled two other lenses (details not revealed).
The cell phone comes with a dual cell 2190mAH (4380mAh minimum) battery capacity. It has support for fast charging (165W according to rumors).
Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 6 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band, Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C and GPS/GLONASS/Bediou will be supported. The Nubia NX679J model includes sensors like Gravity, Proximity and Light.
