Nubia Z17 MiniS unveiled – Specs, Price

Nubia has also unveiled Nubia Z17 MiniS smartphone in China. It is slightly cut down version of Nubia Z17s and is successor to Z17 Mini.
The smartphone packs in Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with Nubia UI 5.0. The device measures 147.5 x 71.2 x 7.6 m and weighs 155 grams. It has 3D glass body, a metal frame and houses fingerprint sensor embedded on home button.
The Nubia Z17 MiniS specs include 5.2-inch 2.5D curved glass display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The screen offers 85% NTSC color gamut, 450 nits brightness and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 653 SoC, coupled with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which is non expandable. It also comes bundled with 3200 mAh battery capacity.
In terms of camera, it has 16MP (F/2.0 Aperture, 80-degree wide angle lens) + 5MP (F/2.2 Aperture) dual front cameras. On the back side is 13MP (monochrome) + 13MP (RGB) dual snappers with Sony IMX258 sensor, F/2/2 Aperture, OIS and 4K video recording capabilities.
Connectivity wise, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.1, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS/GLONASS, 3.5mm Jack etc. The cell phone also features AW87319 amplifier chip and DTS audio for enhanced audio.
The Nubia Z17 MiniS price starts at 1999 Yuan (US$ 303 / Rs. 19,740 approx.) and comes in Deep Blue and Black Gold colors. Its Aegean Blue color mode costs 2099 Yuan (US$ 318 / Rs. 20,730 approx.). The handset will go on sale in China from October 19th.
