NVIDIA GeForce GTX1080 Ti graphics card launched for $699

NVIDIA has announced its flagship graphics card called GeForce GTX1080 Ti. It is claimed to be world’s fastest gaming GPU.
The card’s GPU is based on Pascal architecture.  It power architecture features a seven-phase power design and includes 14 high-efficiency dualFETs for heat dissipation.  NVIDIA has also used a new high-airflow thermal solution with vapour chamber cooling and twice the airflow area.
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX1080 Ti is built on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process. It has Frame Buffer of 11GB GDDR5X, Memory Type- Speed of 11Gbps and Boost clock of 1582MHz.  This graphics card sports 3584 CUDA corves and has memory bandwidth of 484.
It supports DirectX 12, Vulkan Graphics API’s and supports devices with resolution beyond 5K, including HRD. The card is also more than capable of delivering performance required for immersive VR, NVIDIA G-SYNC HDR and NVIDIA GameWorks.
The GeForce GTX1080 Ti Founders Edition carries price-tag of $699. It will go on sale globally from March 10th, 2017, It will be available from most NVIDIA GeForce Partners including Zotac, PNY, Palit, MSI, Innovision 3D, Gigabyte, Galaxy, Gainward, ASUS, Colorful and EVGA.
