OnePlus has just announced its latest flagship smartphone called OnePlus 7T. It brings several upgrades in terms of specifications and design when compared to last years OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.
It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 10 with OxygenOS 10.0. It has Dual Nano SIM slots with Dual 4G VoLTE. There are dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and supports USB Type-C audio only (no 3.5mm jack). It comes with upgraded haptic driver (independent).
The OnePlus 7T specs include 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with offers 90Hz refresh rate. It has 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution at 29:9 aspect ratio and delivers 1000nits (peak) brightness, HDR10+ sRGB color gamut and DCI-P3 colors. There is a 3D Corning Gorilla Glass protection as well.
There is a tear drop notch in 7T. It houses 16MP front camera with Sony IMX471 sensor, 1.0um pixel size and F/2.0 Aperture. There is a triple camera setup at the back along with Dual LED flash. Its 48MP primary rear shooter houses 1/2.25-inch Sony IMX586 sensor with 0.8um pixel size, F/2.0 Aperture and supports OIS, EIS, Super Slow motion 1080p at 240fps or 720 at 960fps. There is a secondary 16MP rear shooter with 117-degree Ultra-Wide angle lens, 2.5cm macro and F/2.2 Aperture. There is a third 12MP telephoto lens with F/2.2 Aperture and allows 2X optical zoom.
Other specifications of OnePlus 7T include octa-core Snapdragon 855 Plus mobile platform with Adreno 640 GPU (675MHz). The smartphone houses 8GB LPXXR4X RAM and comes in options of 128GB or 256GB (UFS 3.0) Storage space. There no MicroSD card support though.
The cellphone measures 160.94 x 74.44 x 8.13 mm and has weight of 190 grams. It has an alert slider and sports matte-frosted glass back with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Also included inside is a 3800 mAh battery which supports Warp Charge 30T (5V/6A) fast charging. The phone’s battery is claimed to go from 0 to 70% in just 30 minutes, which is possible thanks to its new revamped battery structure and algorithms.
The OnePlus 7T features in Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS (L1+L2)/GLONASS/Beidou and USB Type-C port.
The OnePlus 7T 128GB price is Rs. 37,999 while the 7T 256GB model costs Rs. 39,999. It will go on sale in India at Amazon.in, OnePlus.in and OnePlus experience offline stores starting September 28th. The handset comes in Glacier Blue and Frosted Silver colors. If you are in United States, you can buy OnePlus 7T on October 18 for $600.
