OnePlus has just announced its latest OnePlus U1 55-inch Smart TV and OnePlus Y1 32-inch and 43-inch smart TV’s in India.
The OnePlus Y1 TV series comes in 32-inch HD (1366 x 768 pixels, 88.5% screen-to-body raito) and 43-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels, 91.2% screen-to-body ratio) LED displays and delivers 93% DCI P3 color gamut. These come with special Gamam Engine for optimized picture quality
The OnePlus Y1 series smart TV features in 64-bit processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. It comes with built-in Google Assistant and boots on Android TV 9.0 with OxygenPlay. Both models come with 20W Speaker which consists of two 10W full range units. Dolby Audio is also supported.
The OnePlus Y1 TV’s also support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V5.0 LE, two USB ports, Ethernet port and two HDMI port (HDMI1 with RC).
The OnePlus U1 55-inch LED TV offers 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution and supports HDR10/HDR10+. It delivers 93% DCI-P3 color gamut, leverages Dolby Vision technology and comes with Gamma Engine with MEMC. Other display features include Ani-alasing, Noise reduction, super resolution, dynamic contrast and AI-PQ. It also sports 6.9mm slim bezels (at its thinnest part) and boasts 95% screen-to-body ratio.
The premium OnePlus U1 TV features in 30W speaker which makes up of four units (2 high frequency and 2 full frequency). It also supports DTS HD Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus. The smart TV boots with Android TV 9.0 along with OxygenPlay and has Google Assistant built-inside.
In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V5.0 LE, Ethernet, two USB ports, Optical and two HDMI ports (HDMI1 support with ARC).
The OnePlus TV 32Y1 price is Rs. 12,999 while the OnePlus TV 43Y1 costs Rs. 22,999. The premium OnePlus TV 55U1 has price-tag of Rs. 49,999. These are already up for pre-order at Amazon.in and will start selling from July 5th. These are made in India under ‘Make in India’ initiative.
